This clarification text has been prepared by Ziroğlu Law Firm, in its capacity as the data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Ziroğlu Law Firm processes the following personal data of employee candidates/interns: name, surname, date of birth, place of birth, marital status, ID number, driver’s license information, nationality, photo, gender information, contact address, email address, registered email address (KEP), phone/cell phone number, resume information, military service information, legal transaction data, camera recordings, diploma information, completed courses, in-service training information, certificates, reference information, disability status information, personal health information, data related to devices and prostheses used, criminal conviction and security measure information, family information, number of children, work data, signature, information on the last company worked at, and compliance information.

These data are processed for the purposes of conducting employee candidate/intern recruitment and placement processes, managing the application processes of candidates, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, maintaining the security of physical premises, following up on and managing legal procedures, conducting communication activities, planning human resources processes, ensuring workplace health and safety, maintaining business continuity, and managing salary policies.

The personal data in question are obtained verbally, in writing, or electronically during recruitment and placement processes, based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law, such as “necessity for the establishment and performance of a contract,” “obtaining explicit consent,” and “legitimate interests of the data controller.” The data are processed either fully or partially by automated means, with all necessary technical and administrative measures taken to ensure their security. In the event of withdrawal of explicit consent, data processing activities are terminated.

For the aforementioned purposes, these personal data may be shared with natural persons, private legal entities, and authorized public institutions and organizations.

I hereby declare that I have been duly informed about all the matters explained above, that I have read and understood the Ziroğlu Law Firm Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, and that I am aware of my rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698.
