Fulya Kılınç

She graduated from Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law in 2025 as the third-ranked student in her faculty. While a student, she completed internships at the Constitutional Court and the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.

She began her legal internship in January 2026 and, as of February 2026, continues her legal internship at Ziroğlu Law Firm. She is also pursuing a master's degree in Public Law at Istanbul University.
